Sony Ships the Reader Daily Edition
Hoping to catch up some last minute Holiday shopping sales, Sony immediately released its latest e-book reader – the Reader Daily Edition. The Reader Daily Edition boasts of a 7-inch touchscreen which is optimized for newspapers and magazines, and 3G connectivity through AT&T wireless network.
With a price tag of $400, this might seem a bit pricey for an e-book reader. But if you can’t live without major dailies such as Wall Street Journal, Los Angeles Times and Chicago Tribune, you might want to consider getting this e-reader. Other online magazines to be offered via the e-reader are New York Post, Boston Globe, IHT and NTY. Plus of course access to thousands of ebooks from the Sony ebookstore.
