As if we don’t know it yet, McGraw-Hill’s CEO sort of confirmed what was going to be announced by Apple tomorrow – of course the Apple Tablet. But what’s interesting with what he said is the fact that McGraw-Hill’s ebooks will be among those which will be on the Apple Tablet.

In other words, it looks like Apple is also prepping their Tablet as another e-reader device. Now, that sounds definitely more exciting.

The Apple Tablet was also rumored to run on an iPhone-like OS and it will be transferable. Does this mean e-books purchased through the Apple Tablet can be shared? I don’t think so.

Anyway, here’s the excerpt of the CNBC interview with the McGraw-Hill CEO.

It looks like we might not see an Apple Tablet with ebook reading capability after all, as some Apple executives said that the company is not too enthusiastic about the online book/newspaper market. It is understable and I couldn’t agree more when Apple said that the electronic book/newspaper market’s structure is still unattractive from the business perspective.Up to now, ebook reading is still not that big especially among the traditional book lovers would rather read the printed manuscripts than the digitized versions in ebook format.

But then, what I don’t understand is why Apple will not take the gamble is dive into the ebook market as early as now. Who knows they might even dictate the trend especially if they release an Apple Tablet with the ebook reading feature?

Anyway, in case you’re still interested with the Apple tablet, just prepare yourself for a machine which performs more video functionality because the Apple Tablet will be geared more for movie watching.

A hype was recently build-up around the rumored Apple Tablet which apparently is being prepared by Apple. The Sydney Morning Herald reported some details about it immediately there after the buzz spread lie a bush fire around the Internet.According to the report, Apple’s groundbreaking tablet computer will first be released in Australia. It will be like a larger version of the iPhone but small enough to be carried in a handbag. Like the iPhone, it will have a touchscreen feature.

Although no words have come out yet from Apple, it is rumored that the company is already in talks with the Australia media for a possible publicity blitz coinciding with its release sometime in the first quarter of 2010.

The Apple Tablet is geared for users looking for an Apple device that will let them browse the web, watch movies, and read newspapers and of course ebooks.
